Week of Planning
Relax, unwind and enjoy the time leading up to your wedding day. You've made all the arrangements and just need someone to see it through. This week will allow us to communicate with your vendors and make sure everything is right
on track for your big day! This package includes:
- Decor set-up the day of the wedding, including programs, escort cards, table decor, favors and special details.
- Rehearsal direction prior to your wedding.
- Direction of bridal party & vendors during processional, ceremony & recessional.
- Management & creation of a detailed time-line, including coordinating vendors and bridal party for events such as grand entrance, toasts, first dance, bouquet toss and garter toss.
- On site supervision of vendors during set up, execution and breakdown.
- Final vendor payment and tip distribution.
- Breakdown of belongings including plan for gifts and cake.
- Unlimited phone & email communication.
Month of Planning
Consider us your wedding lifeline. Once you book your date, our communication is not limited solely to the month before your wedding! We are here for referrals and questions, big or small. As we approach one month prior, simply hand everything over and let us happily lead you to matrimony. This package includes all of the luxuries of our
"week of" package, with these extra indulgences:
- Design Consulting, including invitations, stationary, favors & decor.
- Assistance obtaining vendors, favors, place cards, table numbers, etc.
- Vendor Recommendations.
- Vendor contact & communication through-out the planning process.
- Bride approved personal budgeting program for all of your wedding expenses.
- Minimum of one venue walk through.
- Planner assistance at three vendor meetings.
Partial Planning Package
The perfect package for the couple on the go! Whether you’re constantly out of town, planning from another state or simply very busy, this package will leave you feeling like you’ve
been here the whole time! All the features from our “month of” package have
been perfectly paired with highlights from our “full service” package to give you
the star attention you deserve! We will create an early introduction to all of your
vendors and will attend in person meetings when you are unable. Ever wish there were two of you? This is the package for you!

We will design, print, create and construct your wedding dreams, whether you are looking for menus, programs, place-cards, favors or anything else. All of these options are available
to you for a small additional fee. Let us know what dreams and details you need

Full Service Planning Package
Let Events by M and M be there every step of the way! We will lead you through the planning process, to the alter and off to your honeymoon! This package is filled to the brim with all the services from our other packages and so much more!
Our full service package encompasses every facet of the wedding planning process. Enrich your senses with a personalized color palette and design board complete with inspirational nuances and themes. As your personal wedding liaison, we will be the primary contact for all of your vendors, meeting as necessary throughout the planning process to discuss all the details. Whether booking information for you and your guests, settling all the details with your vendors or selecting your glass slippers, we will be your fairy godmother!
Entertainment Services
Events by M and M joins with accomplished musician Mike West to bring you the most well rounded wedding packages in the industry.
